This book presents new ideas of playing the mah jong game from an old timer. It adopts a new method of evaluating a hand based on the probability of occurrence. The rarer the probability, the greater the value of a feature. A feature is a combination of tiles that gives it a value. A new method is introduced to compute the value of a completed hand. Everything is systematic, nothing is arbitrary.
